Hi, I am Dana Hayes-Burke, The Vision Builder. I help business owners, like you, to pay yourself more.  I do this by helping you to refine your business model so that you can scale up your business, make more money and finally live your ideal life design.

Do you know what I have learned in the time I have been helping business owners? We all want the same thing, to build a business that helps us thrive in life and leave a legacy for our loved ones. What I have also discovered is that for many, the path to that reality is extremely unclear and unfortunately after a lot of pitfalls, many small business owners give up on their dream.

I don’t want that to happen to you and your business. So, that’s where I step in! My job is to help you to flip the script and turn failure into flight.  I give my clients the right strategies and actions to transform their businesses and get results. I help them to turn losses into profits.

What I can tell you is that in 2012, I started my first business. Within the first 6 months, I had landed a state contract and was making 5 figures monthly in my business. After 12 months in business, I was able to transition into full-time entrepreneurship.

Since then, I have helped dozens entrepreneurs and small business owners in Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Barbados, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Florida, Texas, New York and London.  How have I done that? By teaching them to implement my signature 4 Pillars Profitability Pathway.

I believe that small businesses can generate big business bucks and I am committed to helping micro and small business owners in the Caribbean and the Caribbean diaspora on every continent to do exactly that.
